"disney: day 6" or "polynesian luau" or "grand floridian hot tub"

Hey Journal!!

Today was quite the fun day... of course.. We started out by going to MGM, and after forgetting my card at the hotel, and getting it, we got in at 12:00. We went on the Backlot Tour, and Millionaire Play It, and the crazy stunt show, Lights Motors Action.

First of all, let's just say that the Backlot Tour now stinksss! They shortened it so much, and they took out ALL of the houses. They actually demolished them.. which means that the Golden Girl's house is now rubble. How horrible is that. Ugh.

So anyway, the stunt show was crappy because it was so hot, and the whole thing was very cheezy, not to mention that the video they were showing wasn't even the same thing that was happening in front of us. On to better things, though.. the Millionaire was fun, and I was in THIRD place on the last round!! How crazy is that! (It's all because I knew Gobbler's Knob!!)

We ate lunch at Pizza Planet, and had a good time. After that we returned to the hotel at 5, and got ready for our Luau at 8. We took the bus to the Magic Kingdom, then rode in the front of the Monorail to the Polynesian! It was so fun! I love the monorail, especially the front seat! We got to the Luau, and it was great. We had really good food, and they did a great show with all the Polynesian dances! The fire twirler guys were great!

When the Luau was over at 10:00, we had brought our bathing suits, and went into the Polynesian pool. It was fun, but soon we got back on the Monorail and headed over to the Grand Floridian, because they have a hot tub! We went in the hot tub for a while, and then these crazy little Spanish kids got in. There were like 6 of them, but they were all so well behaved and really funny. The were all speaking Spanish, but we were all looking at them and watching them, as the played this really funny game.

Anyway, there were lots of crazy people in the hot tub/pool that we observed. There was the boy who kept going back and forth from pool to pool, the Doctor and his "wife" who were talking to this drunkard lady. Turns out the doctor really has nothing to do with either of the women, but he enjoys discussing his philosophy of discipline in hospital settings. Then there were the spanish kids, of course, and all of the people with robes.

At about 12:30, we decided to head back to our hotel... and we were going to hop the bus to Downtown Disney, then to All Star Movies, but the nice bus driver took us right here from the Floridian! It was great!

Now we have to get to bed, and tomorrow we're gonna do anything that remains at Epcot! :)
