Well, today was a short day, but we still managed to fit a lot in there!

I got up today at 12:00!  I wanted to sleep nice and late cause I've been exhausted all week!!  So, I got up and watched some TV, and leisurely got ready to go out and do something.

We decided to go over to the Walt Whitman Mall and on the way we stopped by to say Hi to my mom who was working.  She has off on Wednesday and Sunday, so she was there working hard! Though, I think she was working harder at trying to find a reason why she should not stay at this job!

Anyway, we were only there for a few minutes, and then departed for the mall.  We stopped at Bed, Bath, and Beyond first, and we looked around at all the Christmas decorations and stuff.  I wanted to buy a plastic storage thing for under the bed, to put all my shorts and stuff from the summer in, but they didn't have ANY storage boxy things, which really surprised me!

Then we went to the mall and walked around, and then we made plans to meet Dan's mom and Grandma for dinner at Chili's.  Before that, we went to Kohl's and there was this crazy lady there who was complaining to Dan about how she hates the "hamper" shopping carts and she can never wheel them the right way!  Then we bumped into her again down the card aisle, and she was complaining about how THIN the card aisle was...  and it was really narrow.. it was like 1 foot wide.. you had to shimmy down it! lol  It was ridiculous, but she was really hysterical complaining about it!

We then went over to Target, and looked at their Christmas stuff, but didn't buy anything... we then headed over to Chili's for dinner... but there was a 40 minute wait, and we decided to go to the Candlelight Diner instead!  I miss the way that diner used to be all crazy 80s, but its still good...

So, I got a really good Turkey open faced thingy.. whatever they're called...

After that, we went back to Target, but the one in Commack, this time. lol

We brought a storage thingy for under the bed there, and some other random stuff like a shower curtain..

Then we came home, and I watched some shows on TV... and it's pretty much time for bed now!!
