"bye bye montr�al" or "back home"

Hey Journal!

Well, we're home!! I can't believe our second visit to Montr�al is over already!! It went by so fast, but we had such a great time!!

The highlights, of course, as you know if you read the past few night's entries, were ONoir, the blizzard, mini-bowling, karaoke in front of the computer, and of course spending time with Fred, Charles, and meeting TomTom! :)

I can't count how many times I heard the song "Everybody's Changing" or "Big Girl You are Beautiful"! Those were definitely the songs of the weekend!

It was just so much fun, and I miss everyone already!! Last night we watched Evan Almighty, which I may have already mentioned. It was fun.

So, this morning we got up at 7:50 and Fred was just about ready to leave for work. We said goodbye to home, and then started packing up the car. We scoured the place to make sure that we didn't leave anything behind, cause our stuff had been all over the place throughout the course of the weekend!

Then Tom got up and helped us put stuff into the car, we said goodbye to him, and off we went. That was at 8:45, and we stopped at Tim Horton's for a quick to-go breakfast, then hit the snowy roads!

The roads weren't BAD but they did have a ton of snow on them until we got out of Canada, then about 30 mins south of the border crossing, there wasn't really any snow at all.

We were really lucky and had no traffic at all. We only stopped once for about 15 mins for gas and a bathroom break. We got home at about 4:40. So it took 7 hours and 40 minutes!

So, We brought our stuff in, unpacked, got a pizza, and are unloading our stuff, we watched Desperate Housewives from this Sunday, it was CRAZY!! I couldn't believe what happened with the tornado, and I can't believe Gabrielle's papers are gone (not that that was even a huge deal!) And LYNETTE! You know her family must be okay under the house. AND they said that "a husband" would die, so that's probably Victor! Since he's still technically married to Gabby!

Anyway, I just went through some of my pics, and I hope to have them on Facebook some time tomorrow!!

Ah, back to work.. no fun! But.. time to get ready for bed!
