it's the fourth of july - happy fourth of july

Happy Fourth of July!

I think you should be listening to Stars and Stripes forever. It's only right. In fact, I am, as I am writing this.

This morning I got up at 10:30ish, and watched some TV, and we had bagels for breakfast. We watched some episodes of the Twilight Zone on SciFi, and were very dismayed by the commercials stating that the SciFi channel would soon become the "SyFy" channel. What the heck does that even mean. I mean... WHY??? What sense does it make?

For lunch, we used a special coupon we received via e-mail, good today only, at Ruby Tuesday, and visited Joey!

After that we went to Jen B's JenBBQ. She had a little bbq at the house where she babysits. The people went away, and told her she could have friends over. We hung out, and had some corn on the cob, and all that good stuff!

Then at 8:30, we went over to Dan's parents' house for fireworks! The street at the end of their street always has a block party on the 4th of July, and even though it's a pretty crappy block party.. (not too much going on), one house does a CRAZY fireworks show, and they have all these huge boxes and it's really wild. So we went to see those! :)

-Fireworks- "Oh...someone's at the door!"

Anyway, we're home now... and it's time for bed. I'm very happy we have yet another day off tomorrow. It's my cousin Mikey's graduation party tomorrow!
