February 26, 2017 - 10:07 p.m. Hey Journal! We got up around 9:30 this morning and all I wanted to do was watch TV. Dan was saying that he wished my mom would call to go out to breakfast, but I had just settled down on the couch and was ready to start the shows we're trying to catch up on! Just as we were about to hit play, my phone rang and it was mom asking us to go out to breakfast! Dan's day was made! I guess it was meant to be! I picked myself up and got dressed and ready and we met at Javier's at 10:15. We had breakfast, it was very good and when we were done we parted ways. Dan and I went to get gas in my car, to Home Depot, and then to Target! When we got home, we watched some more shows. We are desperately trying to catch up on all the shows we missed while we were away and it's taking FOREVER! It seems like for everyone we watch, there's another one one TV to replace it! We did catch up on Scandal, though...so at least we have one down! Scandal is getting a little ridiculous again. It was getting better for a while but this whole thing with Cyrus in jail is overkill. It was enough that he was arrested but all these antics are insane. Like, what...he's going to proclaim his innocence and then just waltz out and be President? After that, Dan went on the treadmill and I took a shower. At 3:30, we left to go meet Linda at the outlets! When we arrived, we had a hard time finding them since the place is a maze. It's really the stupidest mall/outlet layout I've ever seen. The ones in Riverhead make so much more sense! For dinner we went to Texas Roadhouse and Dan called ahead while we were driving there. They told him it would be a 55-65 minute wait! When we arrived, Linda put her name down too... not knowing that Dan had already called ahead. Anyway, Dan's call-ahead really paid off because we waited only 20 minutes and Linda's pager still hadn't gone off. Also, people who got the pagers after us only sat down at a table next to us as we were finishing up! Wild! We got home around 8:00 and now we just watched a little more TV before bed! Until tomorrow... Goodnight. :)
