June 28, 2017 - 9:15 p.m. Hey Journal! Last night I had a TERRIBLE night's sleep. I woke up last night with my heart racing kinda like what happened to me in 10th grade. It just felt like my heart was beating harder and faster than normal. I kept waking up and couldn't get back to sleep. Of course, work was pretty crazy today! I asked Dan's dad to bring his blood pressure machine to work and he took my blood pressure every couple of hours. It was definitely higher than it should be. When I got home from work, I showered up and then we watched some Parenthood. Now it's time to get to bed. I am exhausted so I need to get to sleep early tonight. Hopefully I'll have a better night's sleep! Until tomorrow... Goodnight. :)
