overtired and payment crazy

Hey Journal!

Today was a pretty busy day at work! The deadline for the early dues payment is this Friday and we had a TON of payments come in today. It was pretty wild. There were a lot of payments yesterday while I was out of the office and we got about three times the payments today! Intense!

Aside from catching up on yesterday's activities and processing all the payments that came in, we had to deal with a golf outing that isn't paying their bill.

I didn't have any lunch today.... I just never got around to it! I left work at 5 and headed home.

Dan was off from work today... he just wanted to take a day off and hang out around the house. He went for a walk in the morning and then went out to the store to buy us some steaks for dinner. He got them at ShopRite.

When I got home, we went out for a walk around the neighborhood with Kristen and she told us about her new job that she just started last week! She said she hates it already and that it's a terrible place to work. She said she had reached out to one of the other places she had interviewed at and was hoping to hear from them.

As we were making our way around our route, her phone rang and it was the other company. They talked for a while, and when she got off she informed us that she had gotten the other job! So, she's planning her resignation after just one week!

We counted up how many jobs she's had since college and we THINK that we're confident with the number 11!

We got home around 8:00 and I took a shower and Dan made the steaks on the BBQ! They came out really good... they were perfect.

After that we watched some TV and now it's time for bed! Until tomorrow...
