soup on the back burner

Hey Journal!

Today was a pretty quiet day at work. A typical Monday. Steve was originally planning to come in today but called to say that Marilyn still wasn't feeling well and that he was going to take her to the doctor. He said he also caught a little bit of what she had but was almost over it.

We were planning to do the bonuses today so Steve asked me to send him the sheets so he could get a head start and think about what he wanted to do this year. I sent over the info and then he called later to talk about it.

Dan's dad was in for about 2 hours today and he left at 12:30 because he had a doctor's appointment to go to. I was all by myself.

My mom called to see if I wanted pizza for lunch so the soup that I had here from last Monday was put back under my desk to wait for NEXT Monday!

My mom came by with the pizzas, we ate at the bar, and then she had to hurry back to work.

I left at 4:30 and headed home.

We watched last night's Shameless and I showered up and now it's time for bed!
