July 19, 2004 - 11:01 p.m. Hey there!! Yesterday was Wheel of Fortune!! We got up early, left at 9:30 and Dan, Re, and I made our way to Philedelphia to go to the Wachovia Center to see the show!! We got there early, went in..they taped three episodes. At first we had really close seats but they were on the floor and we couldn't see anything in front of us because they weren't slanted...so we moved far back, but had a much better view! Pat and Vanna were cool! and the set was nice. The episodes we saw will be on TV on January 31st, Feb 1, and Feb 2. They are Teen Best Friends Week, and one group of girls won $100,000 in the Bonus Round with the puzzle "FLIP FLOPS"! SO COOL, they won the mostttt you can! After the show we were starving since there was no food, so we asked someone where a good place to eat was. They Recommended Chickie's and Pete's, but we got lost and drove around the city. They don't have any regular places like Friday's for Chili's or Applebees, so Re called her cousin who had lived there, but we wound up circling back and actually did find Chickie's and Pete's. It was a nice place and the food was good but it had strange sinks in the middle of the restaurant to wash your hands, and they also had a HUGE thing of beer! It was insaneee.. and the people didn't even seem to think it was anyhting special! WOW Anyway it took a while to get home and Re and I fell asleep. Dan was sad that we fell asleep. Anyway that was all.. I took some pics on my cell phone, if they came out well I shall post them at some point. I'll post some more info tomorrow! Goodnight. :)
