July 05, 2005 - 12:47 a.m. Hey Journal! Happy Fourth of July! Today was a very very fun and exciting Fourth! I got up early in the morning, and was recovering from Mike's party the night before. We had a crazy time..and I had quite the stomach ache and headache in the morning. I went home and had some breakfast, some cereal, and I started to feel better. I took a shower and got myself ready for Jen B's party..and I cleaned out my car a little. At about 1:45, I went over to Jen's and I was the first to arrive, other than her grandparents! Grandma Fran looked at me like I was crazy, but it was all good. We watched My Best Friend's Wedding for a bit, I enjoy that movie. Dan arrived at about 2:45.. he was very late, and then Re came at 3:00, followed closely by Lau. We had a very fun time sitting at the Picnic table and conversing.. it was a very Jen B type of party, and I enjoyed very much. Kristen read to us, "Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus." She certainly enjoys that book, and I must say it was quite funny! (Even if I don't understand the picture cues, or whatever it was.) lol A little later, we decided to play a game of Initials, and it was fun..everyone was getting into it.. even Aunt Brat and HB played a few rounds! HB was really good at it, so was Re. The rest of us were mediocre, and Aunt Brat wanted to put down all sorts of things that are not accepted in the Initials game, such as book titles, and company names. lol Tsk Tsk. It was very fun though. We dipped our feet in the pool, and conversed more, and watched Jen B open her presents. We ate cake, and before that ate hamburgers and other yummy things. The cake was from ColdStone, and I enjoyed it.. which surprised me because I generally do not enjoy coldstone ice cream, because It's too rich and heavy for my stomach! lol We too many crazy pictures, and most of them because Lau was trying to take "weird face" pictures, so I have a bunch of close up shots of us looking sooo scary! But, I can't wait to post them! At about 8:00, Jen B wanted to go over to Jackie's party.. so Lau, Re, Dan, and I left. Dan, Re, and I went over to Bobby Kiley's party. It took us a little while to get there, but not bad. I didn't drink anything because I had had quite enough the night before, but Kristen had a great time playing beer pong and Flip Cup.. although we were a LITTLE disappointed with the team at first, because they moved rather slow for such a competitive game, but they picked up the pace, and our side ultimately won! Yay team. (Even though I didn't play.. I was the cheering section.) We talked to Varley a lot... Munsters says it all.. and then we departed at about 12:15ish. All-in-all, I had a really really fun and exciting Fourth of July, and... I will post the pictures tomorrow after work, so be sure to check back and see them! Alrighty, that's all for now... Tomorrow I have work, and Rick is going to come visit for lunch, then Dan is gonna show him the Golf Course and all.. maybe we can all do something fun after that. Until tomorrow...
