"meson ole conversations"

Hey Journal!

Today I slept much later than I had planned! I got up at 12:30ish, and hung around the house for a bit.

Then Dan went to the gym, and I cleaned the bathroom, and we decided to go take a walk.

We took a walk around Main Street, but it was really really sunny, and the glare was ridiculous.

We then went to the mall, and wandered around there, then went to Target and Best Buy. After that, we were quite hungry for dinner, so we went across the street to Chili's! I was really in the mood for Chili's, but the wait was kinda long, and as we discussed other options, I became REALLY in the mood for Meson Ole!! :) So we went there.

They sat us in that little cove with a few other tables, and so these people were directly next to us. These two girls who were WILD. They were apparently sisters, from the conversation, although they looked NOTHING alike. The younger one was crazy, and kept saying she didn't know what anything was on the menu. Her sister explained that things like, "taquito" etc, were explained on the back of the menu, but she replied, "I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO READ ABOUT IT!"

The older one was most inconvenienced when the waiter asked for her ID. She couldn't find her license, so she used her Passport instead. Very resourceful. I told Dan, "This place is so authentic, they make you show your passport to get in!!" haha I'm so funny.

Their conversation continued... the older one went to Aruba last month, by herself. She said no one believes her when she tells them she went by herself. Do you? I'm sure she'd like to know. Anyway, she got a massage and then a "Fiji shower" whatever that is. Younger sister knew what it was. She saw one on "Cribs." Nice.

Our meal was really good, although it took a while for the food to come out!

Anyway, when we got home, we actually had to run to Target to get some things we needed. We had great coupons, so we didn't buy them the first time we were at Target!

So, after THAT we came home and it was time for Desperate Housewives!

Now, I must do a few lessons and get to bed! I'm not as tired as usual, cause I slept so late today!!
