"target's global *bizarre*"

Hey Journal!

This morning I got up around 11ish and I watched some TV and hung around the house for a bit. Then we went out to the store.

First we went to Target in Commack. They had a 50% discount on all "Global Bazaar" items. That global bazaar thing is so "bizarre!" It really is. Every year they have it, and the stuff there is so odd. There was this one thing, it was some sort of big magnifying glass on a stick, with a pedestal/base thing. So weird.

Then, we had rewards certificated for Bob's so we wanted to go there but on the way we passed Levitz furniture store (the once outside of Price Club by the mall) and they had an 80 - 90% going out of business sale!! So, we decided to stop by and see what goods they had. We went inside, and there was NOTHING. Only a few (maybe 3 at the most) bed frames and a few ratty rugs, and there were a bunch of people flocking in and milling around this giant open space with NOTHING in it. Then there were these two people standing directly in the aisle, HUGGING for over a minute...Right as you came in the door. To make it a weirder scene, the woman was holding a leash with a little dog on the end running around in circles. It was just such a freakish thing. We left.

We went to Bob's and really couldn't find anything we wanted, but we had to use these things before they expired, so Dan got a nice shirt.

We then went to Borders and Dan got some books, and I got a cool little French thing.

Then we came home and had some dinner, watched some TV, and just a little while ago, Dan went out to pick up his parents from the airport. They're coming home tonight, and their flight comes in at around 11:30. I have my class tomorrow, so I decided to sleep!!
