"snow day or no snow day" or "idol pool picking"

Hey Journal!

Well, yesterday was Friday! I forgot to write last night, and I dunno why. It snowed over night and when we got up there was a hefty amount of snow already on the ground.

Dan's dad said not to bother to come in to work cause it was snowing a lot, and expected to get worse, so I was watching TV, and he called back to tell me that Steve wanted everyone to come in. So I drove slowly, and I arrived at work a little after 10.

So, the day was pretty uneventful, there was a very small lunch crowd today. We picked the names for the Idol pool, and I did a bunch of random stuff.

Monday I am starting to pack up the office for our little "move."

We left at 4:30, and I got home at about 5. There was no snow on the roads at all really. It had stopped snowing and got pretty warm out! Again, not as they had forecasted!

As it got later, though, it got really icy out, so we basically stayed home all night and watched TV and such.

Anyway, that was Friday!
