"mets game"

Hey Journal!

Yesterday we got up ridiculously late! 12:30! I never sleep that late, it's crazy! We got up and watched some TV and then got ready to go to the Mets game!

We left at 3:00, and stopped at Stop and Shop to get some provisions, and then at the Deli for Dan to get a sandwich! We got there really early, around 4:00, and ate some sandwiches in the car, and then took a walk over to the park. I love to walk over by the Unisphere! It makes my trip to Shea statium. There was lots of craziness going on in the park. People with remote controlled racecars, and people playing soccer in the weird fountains that have no water in them! lol

So anyway, at 6:00 we went in and located our seats. The game started at 7:10 and didn't end until after midnight! It was a crazy game, and in the first inning they were losing by 4 points, then came back and really did a great job. The game went into extra innings, and thye lost in the 14th :(

On the way home we stopped at Wendy's in Hauppauge. I got a baked potato.

We got home at like 1:30, I think.

So that was our fun Saturday!!!
