December 04, 2008 - 10:43 a.m. Hey Journal! So last night we went to see TINA TURNER! And we didn't get back till late... so that's why I didn't update last night. I got up yesterday and headed in to work, and the day went by pretty fast. On my lunch break I had to run home and get a change of clothes, because we went right from work to see Tina, and I had forgotten to bring my stuff. So, when work was over, I went to pick up Dan at work, and he left his car there. We then headed towards Nassau Coliseum, and stopped at Boston Market for Dinner. We then headed to the Coliseum, and We arrived at 7:15. It was supposed to start at 7:30, but Tina is too cool for that... she made us wait until 8:15. What a loon. She is insane.. she runs all over the stage and makes crazy faces, and she's 69 years old! So wild. The show was really fun and exciting, and the best part, at the end, when the stage comes out and she's out on that little arm thing.... and then she RUNS across it back to the stage! It's nuts! It was over at about 11:00, and we didn't get home till midnight, and then finally got to bed at about 1am! So I'm kinda tired, and not feeling the best today! Anyway, that's all for last night...
