"wal-phed" or "expo"

Hey Journal!

This morning we got up and watched some TV... and actually finished watched the Looking for Lincoln show we started yesterday!

Last night, I forgot to mention this, after dinner, Dan wasn't feeling good, he had a bad cough, so we went to Walgreen's because it was the only thing open. He wanted to get some Robitussin, but it was kinda expensive, and they had their generic brand, "Wal-Tussin" on sale. It was actually about 2 dollars cheaper, AND it was buy one get one free! So that made it even cheaper!

So we decided to get that, but before we went to pay, we were looking at the other items they had generics for! Here are a few:
Instead of Sudafed, they had Wal-Phed
Instead of Claratin, they had Wal-atin
Instead of Zyrtec, they had Wal-Zyr
Instead of Dimetapp, they had Wal-Tapp!

It was quite funny.. we were hysterical laughing at all of the random "Wal" names they had come up with. So weird.

Anyway, I had forgotten to mention that last night.

Then we went out, to get out for a little. We went to the "Expo" store that's over by the Commack Price Club, because it's going out of business and we wanted to see if they had anything good on sale. First off, they didn't have anything with a good enough sale... and all of the things they had were all gaudy and unnecessary! What a crazy place, no wonder Home Depot is closing it!!

Then we went to Home Goods cause we still have a gift card for there, and as usual, we weren't able to find anything good among all of the junk.

We wanted to get milk at Price Club, but we weren't ready to go home, so we went to The Arches outlets first. We just walked around, didn't buy anything, and then had lunch at Chipotle.

We headed back, and got our Milk, and then headed home.

We watched the end of the Lincoln show, and then I took a shower and got ready for bed, and then we watched Desperate Housewives!

Now it's about time for bed!

Happy President's Day tomorrow!

Goodnight. :)
