"disney, here we come!" or "upgrade, anyone!"

Woah! So HERE we are!! IN DISNEY WORLD!! AMAZING!!! I am so excited!

So the day started at 5:45 when we got up. We hopped out of bed and started to get all our stuff together, and ready to go. My mom arrived at about 6:00, and we made sure we were ready, put our stuff in the car, and off we went to the airport!

We checked in online, on my phone, yesterday, so we needed boarding passes printed. After we checked everything in, we got on the security line, and discovered that she forgot to give us the passes! We ran back to her, and she was helping somoene else, but saw us, and handed us the passes, she had realized!

So we got on the plane, and took off at 7:30! On takeoff, I could see Tackan out the window!! I was trying to look for houses I knew around there, but it was too fast, and everything else was too small. I got a picture of Tackan, and of the mall!

On the plane, I listened to some music, but for the majority of the time, I was reading my book. I really like New Moon.. I think better than I liked Twilight!

So we landed in Orlando at about 9:50. We didn't have to get any luggage or anything thanks to Disney's Magical Express! What convenience!

We got on the bus, and arrived at All Star Movies shortly after! We went to check in, but our room wasn't ready yet.. so we were going to go to a park, but the lady said, "Wait, I'll check if there's an open room." So, she checks and says there is, and she assigns it to us.. but we found out it was in the "Love Bug" section, and we had requested Dalmatians. So, she talked to this manager lady, and she said they had some overbooking problems, and had to send some guests to another hotel, so she could send us to Disney's Beach Club Resort! We went with it, and they gave us a free taxi ride there, and arranged for the luggage to go there instead, when it arrived at ASM.

So we got to our new hotel, which is a DELUXE RESORT!! It's not a "value" like the All-Stars! The website says the lowest priced room is $355 a night! Movies was like $79! Anyway, the hotel was incredible! We got here, checked in, and went to the room! It has a balcony and everything! So amazing.

Then Dan surprised me by telling me that he had booked only three nights at Movies, and the remaining four at THE POLYNESIAN!!!! INSANE!!! :) :) :) :) :)

Okay, so it gets even better... OUR NEW HOTEL is a 2 minute walk to EPCOT!! AND is half as far to Magic Kingdom as ASM was!!

We have had the BEST luck today!

So, first up, we went to Epcot by boat, because we had not yet realized how close it was to walk. We went in the secret entrance in the back of the World Showcase. First order of business... LUNCH!! We had only had bagels before the plane!

We had a GREAT lunch at "The Land"! I got a half chicken with great mashed potatoes and rice. It was soooo good. AND A BIG COOKIE FOR DESSERT. :)

Then we went on SPACESHIP EARTH!! They changed the voice track since the last time we were here... but its still as amazing as always. They did away with the weird futuristic stuff in the end, with the talking oven, and the videophone stuff, and added some interactive computer thing.

Then we did Mexico, and Norway! LOVE THEM!!!

Then walked through the other countries, and went to the American Adventure!

After that, we headed back to the hotel, and went in the AMAZING pool! It had sand in the bottom, and was soooo fun. It was HUGE, and had a whirlpool aread, and a "sinking sand" area, where if you moved your feet there, you could sink down to your knees!! It also had a really cool water slide.

This hotel is INSANE! The best comparison is the Grand Floridian.. it's a LOT like that.

So, after the pool, we came back, and got ready for the evening. We headed off to Magic Kingdom!

We went on Pirates of the Caribbean, and then the Haunted Mansion.

If today was any indication of how the rest of the week will be, this is gonna be really amazing, because it is SOOOO not crowded at all. The longest line we waited on was Maelstrom in Norway for probably 4 minutes!!!

We did Philharmagic, which I love... and then we went to the Monsters Inc. Laugh Factory which is a really cool interactive show!

We had dinner at the Diamond Horseshoe, and I wasn't really expecting it to be that great, but it was!! We got the only table in the place that was up in this weird Box seating area. The lady said we had the VIP table. lol Then the food was a "family style" thanksgiving dinner, and the Turkey and mashed potatoes were sooo good! Our waitress was so weird. She called the salad "bunny food." She was from Geneseo. She also had a friend who was from Long Island, who worked there also.

After dinner, we made our way out to MK and back to the Beach Club, and now it's time for sleep!

Busy Day, of course, tomorrow!! Can't wait!!

Goodnight. :)
