"ohana means family" or "gbff"

Hey Journal!

This morning we got up at 8:30 and got ready to go to Hollywood Studios. We took the bus over there, and first thing we did was get a Fast Pass for Toy Story Midway Mania! It was about 9:30 when we got it, but the pass wasn't good until 12:15! Crazy!

We made a lunch reservation for 12:00 at the Sci-Fi Dine In Theater. Then went over to Tower of Terror, and rode that with no wait. Then we went to Rock N Roller Coaster, and did the Single Rider line to speed things along. I got to sit in the front seat! There was a kid behind me in line, he was about 22, and his friend. He said Happy Birthday to me, because he saw my pin. Then he asked how old I was, and didn't believe I was going to be 26! I talked to them for a little but, but then we got on the ride. I hoped to run into them again during the day, but alas, we never saw them again. I nicknamed him GBFF.

Then we went to the Animation place because Dan wanted to draw again. We drew Tinkerbell, and mine was awful, as usual. We walked around a little, and then went to the "One Man's Dream" thing, to see the history of Disney and all that.

When we got out of there, it was time for our lunch reservation, so we went over there. It was good, I got a hamburger, but I have to say I was a little disappointed with their lunch menu. The dinner one seemed like it would have been a lot better. ALSO, The restaurant was FREEZING COLD, it was horrible... AND to top it off we had the least attentive and stupidest waitress in the place. While other waitresses were going to tables over and over, we hadn't seen ours in like 10 minutes. She was bad. We got our ice cream to go, for dessert, to escape the cold!

Then we went over to get a FastPass for Rock N Roller coaster, and then went to ride Toy Story Midway Mania! It was GREAT, as always... what else can I say... BEST RIDE EVER.

Dan beat me this time. Grrr. After that we went to go back to RnR Coaster, and it was broken, so we went on Tower of Terror, which had no wait at all, but they took our FastPass from RnR so it was a real waste of a FastPass.

And that was it for Hollywood Studios, we left and headed over to Epcot!

Today was the first day of the Food and Wine Festival. The first thing we did was go to Ellen's Energy Adventure, however it had just let in, so instead we went into the "Wonders of Life" Pavilion, which had been transformed into the main area for the Food and Wine thing. It was weird, being in there. Last time we were here it was closed indefinitely, and it was closed all this week, so it was cool to get to see in there.

Then we went on Ellen's Energy Adventure, followed by Test Track! (Single rider...but we got on the same car!)

Then we went around the World Showcase, and Dan got some drinks and food from some of the countries. We went on the boat ride in Mexico, then walked the rest of the way around. I got a frozen lemonade. :)

We walked back around towards Mexico, and then headed out of Epcot, with one final farewell trip on Spaceship Earth.

Like a grand and miraculous spaceship, our planet has sailed through the universe of time, and for a brief moment, we have been among its many passengers.

We headed back to the Polynesian on the Monorail. We got in the shower, and got ready for dinner. We changed our reservations from the Kona cafe to 'Ohana! (Ohana Means Family!)

Nicole and Heather met us here for dinner, and it was a fun time!! When they arrived, the woman took us to our table, showed us the dessert they had, and then once we sat down, the food kept coming. They just kept bring all different types of food over! It was crazy. All kinds of meats on giant skewers, and they would just plop it off onto your plate! It was crazy, so much food! It was hard to know how much you ate, because before you were done with one thing, they would bring more!

We had a fun dinner, and the crazy lady from the lobby was there! She loved me, I did her little hand signal to her, and she kept looking over my way!

After dinner, we went outside and watched the Magic Kingdom Halloween Fireworks from the beach at the Polynesian! The finale was amazing!!

Then Heather drove us over to the Boardwalk, and we walked around there, and then they dropped us off back here! We did get a little lost on the way, which is how we do it! lol Just like last time.. which I can't believe was over 4.5 years ago!!

Then Dan and I went in the pool for about 40 minutes, and then came back, and got ready for bed. I can't believe tomorrow we come home. It's not fair... I want to stay here forever. We've had such a great time, and did everything we wanted to do. :)

Tomorrow we're heading for the Magic Kingdom, before the airport. So sad.
