"so little time, so many color copies"

Hey Journal!

Today was a pretty busy day at work. I spent most of the morning working on the payroll! Usually the payroll is pretty cut and dry -- I can get it done in about 10 minutes... but today we had both the bonuses and the holiday fund and it was also the last payroll of the year. I wanted to make sure everything was correct because I wouldn't have any more pay periods to make adjustments.

Another big project of the day was printing out order forms for CPC. We haven't sent out order forms to the churches in a while and they're going to be raising the transfer fee beginning in January, so it was a good time to try to spark some new orders by sending out new flyers. Additionally, we have about 5,000 color copies to use in A WEEK! We're getting a new copy machine on the 28th and HAVE to use our allowance.

I did a bunch of daily closes for Bill... He wanted to reconcile the restaurant credit card receipts and needed those days transferred.

For lunch I had Turkey Noodle Soup! It was really good! I didn't have anything else -- I wasn't in the mood. The usual feelings.

I left work at 5:00 and headed home. I watched the news and Dan went right to the dentist after work. I showered up and when Dan got home from the dentist, he brought Chinese food for dinner.

We ate, and watched World News. After that we spent some time cleaning up our christmas boxes. We had taken out all of our decorations but hadn't put the boxes away yet. We put everything into the basement and then we put some boiling water in the tree. We wanted to really open the tree up so we took out all of the old water and replaced it with new water.

At 9:00 we watched some of the debate. None of our TV shows were on tonight. The debate was kinda interesting for a little while but I quickly lost interest. All of these guys are such jerks... they say the stupidest things and they to scare people into believing what they believe. It's terrible.

Alas, now it's time for bed! Until tomorrow...
