Hey Journal!

This morning I got up and ready for work and I am happy to report that my mouth was not dry and my throat was feeling good again today! These little tablet things are really doing the trick!

I woke up on my own before my alarm went off and I decided to stay up inside of trying to go back to sleep for a few minutes. Dan called me while I was getting ready and I talked to him for a bit as I finished getting ready and then left for work!

Today's golf outing is one that is usually pretty wild and crazy but today they seemed to be a lot tamer than in year's past. At least that's what I felt like from what I saw.

I had a lot to get done today but it was just the normal craziness ... nothing too intense.

In the morning, before the outing went off, I had to go out to take a photo of one of the greens to send to Steve.

In the afternoon I worked up an analysis of our garbage disposal fees because our dumpster keeps getting filled up super-fast and we've been incurring lots of extra charges this year compared to last year.

Anyway, I left work at 5:00 and headed home. The first thing I did was put some laundry in the wash and then I watched some gameshows and had some cereal for dinner. I hadn't had any lunch today at work so I was pretty hungry.

Since it was a little cooler out, I opened up the windows in the bedroom and bathroom to let some fresh air inside!

It was a nice night outside and I really wanted to get out after that.... I took my bike, opened my Pokemon Go app, and headed out in search some some new Pokemon! I made my way around our neighborhood and, without PokeVision, I was blind as a Zubat! I decided to leave our neighborhood and head to some sports that were usually hotspots on PokeVision.

I ride my bike past the high school and over to the library. I did a battle at the gym and then headed down the hike and bike trail! I wound up encountering a good amount of Pokemon AND a few that I didn't have yet! I caught a Voltorb and hatched a Slowpoke!

I made my way down the Hike and Bike trail and I was surprised at how quickly you get over to the psych center area! I never realized how close it was not going down the Boulevard and also cutting off that corner by the library!

There's a hill around the back with a sign that warns not to speed down... I started going down but after making it a short way I realized I'd have to get back UP eventually and I was not interested in that!

I turned around and headed back the way I had come. I passed several other Pokemon players in the process.

When I got home I showered up and then went out for a PokeDRIVE. Yeah, I had a real obsessive night!

I went to the gym over by Miller's Pond and I battled a Snorlax AND WON! I was so excited! I couldn't believe it. I took over the gym and left a Pokemon to defend it! Of course, that was short-lived, but it was still fun.

When I got home I had my leftover Smokin' Al's for dinner and then watched World News. Before bed I watched an episode of Judge Judy and now it's time for bed!
