Hey Journal!

The days seem like they're getting longer and longer and the nights seem like they're getting shorter and shorter! When it was time to get up today I was so groggy! I could have stayed in bed for another three hours at least!

Instead, we got ready and then headed to Coconino to have breakfast. I had cereal, made my Emergen-C, and took a hot chocolate to go!

After that we made our way to the bus stop and took the first bus to Magic Kingdom! We walked around a little bit and then we stopped by the Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor! Dan loves this one so it was on our must-do list. Dan was selected for one of the pro-show things as "wants to get up and dance" and he got up and danced pretty hard!

After that, we took some pictures in front of the castle and they did a little Mickey and friends th show. We watched that and then headed over to Liberty Square!

We had a little time to before our FP for Pirates expired so we rode the Liberty Belle Riverboat. It just goes around in a big circle around Tom Sawyer Island. I'm not sure if I ever did that before, maybe once...but if so it was a long time ago because I didn't really remember any of it.

When that was over we headed to Frontierland, rode Pirates of the Caribbean, and then went to the Jungle Cruise! It was the Jingle Cruise (Christmas Edition.)

Next up it was time for lunch. We had reservations for the Be Our Guest Lunch at Beast's Castle. I looked at the menu on the way and I wasn't thrilled with it and I also really wanted to go to the Pinocchio Village Haus during this trip so I came up with a good plan. We went to Be Our Guest for Dan's lunch and then went over to PVH for mine! We got both experiences and both got what we wanted, and saved some money since everything at BOG was a little more money!

Be Our Guest was good... I think this is the third trip we've made here since it's been open. I love the inside, love to decor, and LOVE the West Wing!

Dan got the Croque Monsieur and I had a cup of ice water!

After that we headed to the Pinocchio Village House where I got a chicken Parmesan sandwich. It wasn't AS amazing as my favorite Meatball Substitution that they removed from the menu but it was a close second!

We headed over to Tomorrowland next, to the People Mover! The ride stopped abruptly twice while we were on it. No idea why... But it was still amazing.

When we got off we had to head over to Fantasyland to ride Peter Pan's Flight. I love that ride and the old-school style of it. It's so perfect. One thing that isn't so perfect about it -- while we're "flying," the ride stopped for some reason and my head jerked forward and then back. The problem was that they have those giant plastic sails behind YOU and they stick out in a weird way so my head slammed into the sail! OUCH!

We had a special FP for the Haunted Mansion at the same time as Peter Pan so we headed over there after we were done. I could say this about almost every ride but it's such a great one! Glad we got to do it another time!

Finally, we headed to the Frontierland Railroad Station and rode the train around the park to Main Street.

We took the monorail over to the Transportation and Ticket Center and then planned to switch over to the Epcot line. When we arrived, an Epcot Monorail was waiting so it was perfect timing -- or so it seemed. Our monorail had come in a little too far and wasn't in line with the gates so it needed to backed up about 2feet. In fortunately, the person operating it wasn't able to do that correctly and it kept jerking backwards about 2 inches at a time.

As a result, we missed the Epcot one but it all worked out well! When we finally go toff, we decided to ride in the first car of the Epcot monorail and when the next one pulled in, Seth was driving it! He came out, said Hi, and then we went on a little round-trip to and from Epcot!

Back at the TTC, we switched over to the Resport Monorail and headed over to the Grand Floridian to check out the hotel and then planned to kill some time back at Magic Kingdom before going to dinner.

Unfortunately, As we tried to get on the monorail we found out it was down. We had to take a boat over to Magic Kingdom but there were SO MANY people waiting and so few boats running.

Funny story, at least for me, while we were on line there were two kids in front of us. A boy and a girl. They were playing with this sign that had a light on it but the light wasn't on. THere was some sort of weird switch on the back that was supposed to make the light turn on but it wasn't working ALL the time. They kept flicking the switch and the light out come on but not stay on. Eventually, the boy got the light to stay on. His mother told them to stay away from it after that. The girl kept going back over and hovering near the button. The boy kept warning her to stay away and then she touched it and the light went off again. The mother got so mad at them and she was screaming at the boy and he kept trying to say it wasn't his fault! It really wasn't! Since he was getting the brunt of the blame, he turned around and shoved his sister, not in a really mean way, but in a way that I found kinda funny considering all I had just seen. She shoved him back and they went at it for a little while. It was actually cute. I felt bad for him cause he did get in trouble more than her and he TRIED to warn her!

Anyway, boat came and we finally made it to the Magic Kingdom. Frank was waiting off us there and we took a different boat over to Fort Wilderness to go to Trail's End for dinner!

This restaurant is off the beaten path and is really enjoyable. I had a some really great mashed potatoes, and other foods... But the mashed potatoes were excellent. For dessert I had those REALLLY good sugar cookies.

When we departed, we took a bus to the main bus area of Fort Wilderness and then we headed over to Disney Springs.

WDan and I had not been there since they changed it over from Downtown Disney and completed all of the new sections they built. It look REALLY nice. It has a much more upscale feel to it and is much less dated than the old one. I really think this one has a much more long-lasting look to it. THe other was so 90s.

We walked around and checked out everything and then went out a ew stores to get some souvenirs.

THere was a little walk called the Tree Trail where they decorated Christmas Trees for a bunch of Disney movies. It was cool.

After that we headed back to the bus area and back to the hotel. We said goodbye to Frank although I hope we will see him again before we leave. He has work tomorrow so I'm not too sure, but we're gonna try!

Bed now -- Tomorrow's plan is Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot! Full day for our last full day!

Until tomorrow...

Goodnight. :)
