Hey Journal!

Today was CONNORAMA2017! Don't worry, you didn't forget to mark your calendar! It was the first (possibly annual) celebration of all things Connor! Well, more like an evening where we did what Connor wanted to do (peppered in with some stuff we wanted to do.)

I got up this morning and headed off to work. There was a lot going on in the office today and I got a bunch of calls. The weather was crappy but we got a lot of dues in since the big deadline is on Monday!

The day went by pretty quickly and I left work at 5:00.

I got home at about 5:30 and cleaned up a little around the house in preparation for the evening. CONNORAMA2017!

So, Cameron was going over to her friend James's house for the night and Linda wanted to do something fun with Connor. We made up a plan and I named it #Connorama2017!

Linda arrived here at about 6:45 and we had made call-ahead reservations at Applebee's for 7:15. We showed her the work we were doing in the backyard and then we headed out! There was no wait at all when we arrived and Applebee's was pretty empty tonight!

We had our dinner -- Dan and I did the two for 20, and we also bought gift certificates online...17.5% off! YEAH!

After we ate we went to Monster Mini Golf! Linda had some coupons in her Fun Book thing and Dan RANDOMLY had a free game certificate! I have no idea where it came from but I do remember seeing it on his night stand for a long time!

Mini golf was fun -- we played the first 5 holes or so but we had a really big group in front of us and they were going SO SLOW! After that, we skipped about two holes ahead, finished the rest of the course, and then went back to do the ones we had missed!

Next up, we went to Yogurtini to get some FroYo and then came back to play Machi Koro!!

We hung out here for a while, had a fun time playing the game, and then at about 12:00, Linda and Connor departed for home. Of course, that's because Conorama officially ended at midnight, so I guess there was no point in sticking around!

I showered up and now we're just getting ready for bed!
