"more fun with tivo" or "target wake-up call"

Hey Journal!

Today was a bit of a slow day...

I got up at 8:00 and went to work. There was barely any traffic on the expressway, which was very enjoyable. I hope it's like that on Wednesday, too! :)

Work today was very boring, very slow. I assume it's because tomorrow is supposed to be a crappy crappy rainy day, and so noone wants to play, not to mention that Thursday is Thanksgiving, and not too many people want to play then, either.

Anyway, I did some random things during the day, but overall, it was a nothing-to-do day. Hopefully it'll be a little busier the next few days.

On my lunch break, Dan and I went to Best Buy to get the price adjustment on my Tivo. You see, I got a coupon in the mail for 12% off. So, I brought back the Tivo information, and they returned and re-bought it. It was originally $199.00 with a $150 mail-in rebate. Now comes the even better part.. 12% off $199 = $175.00 Less the rebate = $25! Yes, a Tivo for just $25! Very good deal!

So, we got that sorted out, and then went back to work. The rest of the day continued as usual, but I had grilled cheese sandwich, and it was yummy.

After work, I went to pick up Dan because we wanted to get haircuts. We went to the barber, and that was that! My hair was getting wild, so It's quite enjoyable to have it short and cleaned up once again!

I got home, did some random things here, and then took a shower. My mom and my Grandma and Grandpa ate the fish that Dan's dad caught for dinner tonight.. they said it was very enjoyable! I then took a shower, and got ready for my Monday evening TV.

Prison Break was good tonight, but I'm getting annoyed with some stupid things, however I am still in suspense, and I can't wait to see what happens next week.

In other news, Target is doing there "wake-up call" service this Friday and Saturday! How exciting is that!!! You can participate too, just go to http://www.target.com/gp/browse.html/602-6520789-0018217?&node=16014501!

Anyway, that's all for tonight... Tomorrow is another school day.. I have a paper due, and then once that's turned in, I have to really crack down on my last big paper!

So yes, also tomorrow we are watching a movie in my last class, so that means I have to go, as she will probably take attendance.
