"mini-golf with mcd" or "dh: season 3 premier"

Hey Journal!

Today I am writing to you straight from my 88 degree bedroom!

Last night It was so hot that I had to go over to Dan's house because I couldn't bear it. Tonight It's just as bad. Worse! And what's worse tonight, I have work tomorrow. Sheesh.

Anyway, today we got up around 10:30 and watched some episodes of Desperate Housewives and ate bagels, and then I came home to take a shower and get ready for the day.

At about 4:00 we went Mini-Golfing at Heartland with Kristen. It's weird... this whole summer we barely went Mini-Golfing once.. but then on Robby's last day we went, then since then...I've gone about 4 times! So crazy!

We had a very fun and very close game, but Dan won, as usual! Afterwards we went to 7-11 and then back to Dan's. Dan got a call from his parents that his grandfather had to go to the hospital and that they thought he might have had another heart attack, so we had to go pick up Dan's brother and Jessica from the movies.

We collected them, and man, that was an experience.. I will save the details.. but it was wild.

Anyway, we got back, and then Dan and I went to the hospital to see how things were going. He was feeling much better, but they were running lots of tests to see what had happened and why he was unresponsive and almost passed out earlier.

We stayed there for a little while.. and it was crazy..everything beeping and crazy sounds... so many people there.. It was really wild.

After we departed, we went back to Dan's and ordered Chinese food, and then picked it up, and consumed.. before the Season Premier of Desperate Housewives!!

WOOO. We watched the Premier.. it was good! I'm very excited for this new season. I was a LITTLE confused by the timeline, cause I had a little trouble understanding what happened first in the very beginning of the episode, but the rest was good. It wasn't a SUPER episode tonight, and really there were a TON of commercials.. so I'm hoping next week will be better!

And after that, Dan and I moved his car to the end of the street because FINALLY, tomorrow they start roadwork and are REDOING HIS STREET!! YEAH! You may think it's crazy to get so excited over this, but you had no idea how awful and pothole filled his street is! And it makes no sense! They re-do Kristen and Re's streets all the time, but why not Dan's!? Who knows! But FINALLY!!

Alrighty.. I have to get to bed... work tomorrow... should be a usual day. Diane is back from her honeymoon!
