Well, today was quite the crazy and busy day... it FLEW by, and unfortunately we didn't even get that much done today on moving in.

We got up around 10:00 and went out to breakfast with Dan's mom and dad at the diner.  We then went to Best Buy to pick up the dishwasher.

We brought it back here in Dan's Dad's car and then we got ready to go to the Mets game.  We got the 2:35 train from Port Washington and it ran a little slow, and we got to the game at about 3:20.  It was soooo crowded, there were people everywhere!  It was the second game of the Mets/Yankees series.  Everyone was very psyched and into it, it was craziness.

The game was actually really exciting, with two home runs by David Wright and it looked like the Yankees were coming back for a little bit, but the Mets came through to win it 10 to 7! :)

After that we took the lonnnnng train ride back and met some interesting ladies on the train... one who had GIANT Met's Christmas-ball-like earrings, and the other who went to the game all by herself and had a cool Mets pocketbook.  She said her son gave it to her for Mother's Day so she had to go to a game to use it.

Anyway, we got back around 10:00 and then went over to Jess's for her graduation party!  We were late, of course, but the party was still going on, and that was cool.  I felt sooo bad that we were late, but I'm so happy we got to go even if it was for just a couple of hours.

We had a fun time, we were outside for a while and then went down to the basement cause it was getting colder.  We played "Hot-Lemon" lol and just hung around.  Fun times.

So.. that was that... then we came home and got ready for bed... and now it's the morning, so I had to write my update because I was too exhausted last night!
