Hey Journal!

I couldn't write yesterday, but it was a crazy and wild and fun day. We woke up around 9:30 and got ready to depart for our journey to northern Virginia!

We packed up, locked up, and drove over to Kristen's to pick her up. We were on the road by 11:20. We hit a little bit of traffic on the expressway and switched over to the southern state. Then we made good time until the jersey turnpike, where we hit a lot more traffic near the Molly Pitcher rest area! Grr! We stopped there, and then stopped again at the Maryland House. From there there was traffic on and off the rest of the way. It was a little annoying, but we had fun times, so it was bearable.

We finally arrived at about 7:30 and Don came out to greet us. We went inside, and Kristen gave us the tour of their apartment again, since it has changed a lot since last time we were here. During the tour she noticed some unsettling water drippage in their laundry room, and long story short...the air conditioner of the neighbors upstairs was leaking. Craziness.

We got pizza from a restaurant called Angelico's. I got spaghetti and meatballs. it was realllllly enjoyable! We consumed. Then we hung around and such, and we went to bed around 11:30ish. Today we got up early and hit the "mall"... but I'll leave that for later!
