Hey Journal!

Finally! A beautiful day. (Though it did have a little bit of rain!) We got up this morning at 11:00 and had breakfast in the room. Then we got our bathing suits on and went out to the pool.

We got some chairs up on Deck 10, and sat for a little while. Then we got in the pool. After we got out, it started the rain and everyone took cover inside, but it cleaned up in a few minutes, and everyone went back out.

Then we layed out in the sun, went in the pool, saw our Smithtown friends there, and saw some of the other people who have "named". That's always such a fun part of the cruise... naming the people who you see OVER AND OVER again and for some reason they have something about them that lends themselves to being memorable, and easily named. So, this cruise so far, we have... New Zealand, Star Trek, Bratwurst and his father Sauerbraten, Calvin Klein, White Red, Hollister, Rub Me, and Rub Me Harder (apparently his brother), David Wright, and John Mayer. Oh, and there's a WONDERFUL old woman in a little motorized scooter who is SO FUN and so NICE! We say hi to her every time we see her. She beeped her little horn for us and stuck out her tongue! I love her. Her grandson is apparently "a stalker" according to someone that Dan met at Dr. Frankenstein's Lab last night.

Last night Dan made friends with some girls named Amanda and Holly. We saw them again today at the pool and Dan talked to them for a while.

So after we went in the pool the second time, we sat out in the sun, and MAYBE I got a little color. But I still look pale.

The it started heavy raining again, and we came in. We took showers, and got dressed and killed some time in the room.

We went to the show, which was a Motown thing with a guy named "Jerome" It was a little boring, so we left halfway through and just hung out around the ship.

Then we went to dinner and afterwards went to Karaoke. All the regulars were there... Hillary was singing several of her favorite tunes... or should I say butchering. I think its great that she has the guts to get up there and sing, cause I wouldn't do that... but when she started to sing, people kept getting up and leaving. lol It was sad.

After Karaoke, we wandered around the boat, got some food in "Horatio's Restaurant" and now it's time for bed.. Tomorrow is PANAMA. How exciting! Gotta get some sleep!
