"drivin' home" or "ragaa returns"

Hey Journal!

Yes, I know... I'm still a day behind! So let's get caught up on Sunday!

We woke up around 10:00 and Kristen and Don had gotten up about 20 minutes earlier. We hung around for a little bit, and took showers, got ready and then went out to breakfast with Dan's uncle.

Dan had called him, and he lives like 2 minutes away, and wanted us to go out to breakfast at a restaurant where Dan's cousin works. It was called... Silverado. ... I think. It was cool, and better then it looked from the menu online. The menu on the website was so strange and looked like it would be so hard to find anything normal... but it was actually good.

We had a fun breakfast. Bad thing about VA... people can SMOKE INSIDE RESTAURANTS! How sickening is that! It makes you appreciate living in a state where you aren't allowed to blow smoke in other people's faces inside business establishments! lol You don't even realize how great it is until you go away!

So, we had a fun breakfast, and then out next stop was Home Depot to get a door sweep and another knob for the new screen door.

We, of course, went to the self-checkout, where our friend from yesterday, Ragaa, was working again! She immediately recognized us, and Dan complimented her on her outfit again. They began talking. LOL She was really nice, and so fun. I'm sad I won't get to see again!

So, we went back, cut the door with the circular saw, and got it all set up. It's a perfect addition. It's so nice to be able to leave that door open and let in the fresh air, and such.

After that it was 2:00 and time for us to depart. We actually departed at 2:30, and off we went. We stopped at a Bank of America right near Tyson's Corner, and then home we went. We made excellent time, stopping once for gas in Maryland, but then we hit a little traffic between exits 7A and 8 on the NJ Turnpike, and then again on the approach to the Verrazzano.

We made it home in almost exactly 6 hours. Still not awful. It took 4.5 to get there, so it was an extra hour and a half, but it wasn't the worst. We got home and showered up, and then watched Desperate Housewives!

Then we got to bed... I had my class this morning, and then work work work! I'll fill that all in later!!
