"down the hatch"

Hey Journal!

So much to catch up on from yesterday!!

So, we got up bright an early in the morning, got ready, got bagels, and headed out to the Smithtown train station to meet everyone for our excursion to Down the Hatch!

We got the 8$ roundtrip tickets from the library, and when we arrived Re was there with Lauren, Sara, and Nicole.  Brad was also getting back from running to Walgreens to get a deck of cards for later!

We waited for the train, and more importantly waited for the Friend of the library to come to give us our tickets.   On the way there the train conductor people were confused by the slips of white paper that we had from the library.  It made no sense that they didn't give you REAL tickets for the ride there.  They only gave us one way tickets for our ride home, later.

Anyway, we consumed our bagels, orange juice, and the ride went pretty fast.  We got to Penn and took the subway to W 4th, and walked to DTH.  We waited for them to open.. and claimed our table!

We had a fun time drinking and playing card games and all.  One of my favorite games was when Brad and Ryan played War FACE DOWN!  LOL  It was crazy/ridiuclous!

Yes, so..Lau and Ryan arrived at about 12:30, and Robby, Phil, and Danny came also.   It was a fun time, and crazy as usual.

We wound up leaving a little early because Brad received the call of nature, and decided to answer it in the "courtyard"/stairwell, and well.. let's just say they have a no cell phone policy in the courtyard. lol

We then headed up to midtown and ate dinner at Dallas Texas BBQ in Times Square! :)  It was good as always.

We were all exhausted, and the train ride back seemed like the longest thing ever.  It felt like we should have ended up on the other side of the country after being on that long! lol  Everyone was on and off sleeping, but there were quite some funny moments!

Anyway, that was our crazy day!  When we got off the train it was raining and we ran to our cars, headed home, and called it a night!!

Pics will be up soooon on Fojin/Facebook!!!

Adios for now. :)
