September 06, 2008 - 10:10 p.m. Hey Journal! Today I got to sleep nice and late, and when I got up, I expected some rain or stormyness, but instead, it was quite nice out! We watched some WaT and then I wanted to go to the beach and see the crazy waves that may have been there. So, we got ready, and my mom wanted to come with us, and we went all the way to the beach, and just 2 mins before we got there, it started pouring! BLAH! That ruined out plans, but we kept driving, hoping that maybe it would stop. We got there, and they Po had the whole entrance to the beach closed off! How ridiculous! What the hell! We used to always go to the beach to see the crazy waves before a storm! Just because it's not safe to go in the water doesn't mean people shouldn't be allowed to go on the sand or LOOK at the water. I was very very pissed. So, we went to Target instead, and got a few random things. They had a good sale on Cheese-Its and Pop Tarts. If you bought four boxes, it was $9 and you got a $5 Target Gift Card. Not a bad deal. My mom took advantage of it. Anyway, we then went to Price Club and I got some MILK and more Pot pies. When we got home, it was pouring! We watched some more WaT, and hung around inside for the rest of the night. Overall, it was a nice relaxing stay-in night, but I was really disappointed with the storm. They made it out to be things crazy tropical storm, and then it was just an hour or so of heavy rain, and then NOTHING. What a joke. Anyway, gonna watch some more episodes, and then get to bed! Until tomorrow... Goodnight. :)
