"spring has sprung"

Hey Journal!

What a nice day today! The weather was PERFECT! We got up this morning around 11:00, and didn't really have any plan for this evening...so we decided to go take a drive out east.

We departed, and drove and drove, we walked around East Hampton, and although that doesn't sound like much, it took up most of the afternoon! (Not so much the walking, the driving!)

On the way back we stopped at Friendly's for lunch. Our waitress was Vicki. She was not very attentive. She was nice, but just not attentive. There was this other woman who worked there, she was obsessed with balloons. All she did was blow up balloons the entire time we were there, and then every time a kid came in and sat down, she would run over, and get a balloon, and bring it over to them. She was sooooo into it. It was crazy!

Then we came home, watched some TV, and then went out to Target. We stocked up on some stuff, then came home, put the goods away, and then off to the mall. The mall wasn't very busy tonight... probably because it was so nice out. We just did a lap, and then departed...in search of dinner. We didn't know what we wanted or where to go... so we finally decided to get take out from Emilio's. It was very good, but also much more expensive than it was worth. I had no idea it was gonna be like $30 for our two meals TO TAKE OUT. Ridiculous. Never doing that again.

Next up, we watched the movie Hairspray which we had gotten from Netflix. I didn't really know what to expect, but I really liked it! It was a really good movie! I thoroughly enjoyed.

Anyway, now we're just gonna watch some TV, and call it a night!
