"clean kitchen...happy kitchen" or "goodbye edie"

Hey Journal!

Today I got up around 10:30 and Dan and I hung around, watched some TV, and then tried to figure out what to do today. We didn't really come up with anything, and so Dan watched the Mets game, and I cleaned the kitchen.

I cleaned the entire kitchen, and thew out a bunch of old food that we never ate, and all kinds of other stuff. Cleaned the counters, the stove, and the fridge. It looks very good now.

So after that, went to the mall, and walked around a little, then went to Waldbaum's to get some food for dinner. We made the Chicken and Rice thing that I have made several times before. It came out really good. We just needed to go to the store to buy the chicken, and the Cream of Chicken soup.

We watched Without a Trace that the Tivo had recorded for us, and then I took a shower, and got ready for bed.

Desperate Housewives was new tonight, and it was a pretty good episode. It was all about Edie. She died and that was sad, but then the whole episode was reminiscing about her life. I had thought in the coming attractions of the last new episode that Edie was going to tell about Dave before she died... but apparently not.

Now I gotta get to bed... Work tomorrow. Only a four day week! Off on Friday! Goin to DC! Woo Hoo!
