"neighbors are always weird"

Hey Journal!

This morning I got up at regular time, and before leaving for work, Dan brought out some boxes of stuff to my car that I needed to take with me. He came back in to return my keys, and came back with a story. Of course, it was about our insane neighbor, referred to commonly as "number asshole."

Dan was walking out to the car, and ass-face was at his car. As Dan walked by, he asked, "Hey...Do you guys have company??" Dan replied, puzzled, "No...Why??" "Oh... Cause I saw a guy get out of a contracting truck, and go in the door." (Meaning the main entrance to the building.) Dan said, "No.... Wow... You're like the mayor!"

What a loon! First off... if I saw someone go into our building... I may secretly watch to see where they went, or be nosy and try to figure it out.. but I would NEVER ASK someone about it...especially since it's none of his business. BUT this situation is different... the guy was in a CONTRACTING truck... So my guess is... HE WAS HERE TO FIX SOMETHING AT SOMEONE'S UNIT!! Why would you assume he's "company"?!?!?! That makes no sense!! Oh yeah, we have company arriving at 8am, and 10 seconds after he arrives, I go out to my car and then leave for work. Doesn't everyone do that? There is something so socially wrong with that guy.

So...Got to work at 9. I did some stuff leftover stuff from Monday, and then I had my breakfast... a bagel and orange juice. The rest of day went by slowly... but I had a lot to do. For lunch, I had a hamburger with no bun. I wanted fries, but the neglected me, again. I did a bunch of stuff for the Advisory Committee today, got the new info on the website, and put up signs in the locker room and restaurant. Tomorrow I have to send out an e-mail to the members. I have to find the one from last year.

I departed at 5 and headed home... there wasn't much traffic today, so I was very happy. Surprisingly, it was still light out when I left work! We're making progress! It was still dark when I got home.... and well... five minutes after I left work... but it's a start! lol

I watched the news, and then a SPECIAL 1 hour long edition of World News. Diane Sawyer was in Afghanistan the past two days, and is no apparently on her way to Haiti to report on the crazy earthquake there yesterday. Since she took over, she hasn't had a break... she hasn't been there for some big events. She can't get her act together.

After that, I took a shower, and we watched "The Middle." I had wanted to watch Ugly Betty, but just found out it's on at 10:00. I guess it'll have to wait till tomorrow.

I have to get to sleep now... I'm getting tireeeed, and it's pretty early.

While I was sitting her writing, I was drinking orange juice.. and now all of a sudden I feel a weird pain, and feel kinda out of breath! It's weird.... I'm not suggesting that the orange juice and the pain are related... but ....whatever!

Until tomorrow...

Goodnight. :)
