Hey Journal!

I got to work this morning to find that Verizon had still not repaired our busted internet connection. :( They did, however, arrived with two very large trucks at about 10:00, and start their work. The two people who came inside just sat in the basement for like two hours conversing, while other people down the road actually did work replacing some faulty device.

Finally, we were back in business! I did some CPC stuff that had been needing to get done the past two days, and then payments and other random stuff.

For lunch, I had a panini on the patio with Dan's mom. I needed to get out of the office for a little while, and she was sitting out there reading the paper... so I figured I'd go out and join the party.

I departed at 4:45 and dropped off a FedEx on the way home. I got home and watched the news, and when Dan was done with work, he went golfing with his dad.

A little after 7, I went over to see Kristen and Don's new house! I arrived, and got the grand tour! The previous residents had left a refrigerator in the backyard, and when Kristen opened it, she was surprised to find a deer head inside! How exciting! Of course, I took a picture. Unfortunately I didn't have my real camera.... only the iPhone.

Kristen's mom and dad came over, and then later her brother. They started painting the living room, and my job was to fill in the holes left by nails and such with that cool pink DAP spackle putty stuff. The previous owners were extremely crazy about putting holes in the walls, so there were TONS to fill! It was fun!

I got home around 9:45, and Dan had arrived back already and taken a shower.

I took a shower, and got ready for bed, and then we watched this show on ABC about a kidnapper. It's some new series called Mind Games.

Alas, now it's time for bed!!
