Hey Journal!

This morning, I got up around 10:00, and Dan got up around 11. We watched two episodes of Dr. Who... the last two episodes in Series 3! It was actually a 3-parter, but Dan and I had watched the first one a few weeks ago! The episodes were pretty good, and then we looked into Series 4 a little. Unfortunate, the first episode, which was a Christmas episode, is not available on Netflix for "Instant" and we had to request the DVD! So, now we can't watch any more until it comes.

Re was going to come over around 2, but she was running a little late, and so we went to the bank to deposit my paycheck, and then to the post office to drop off the last Netflix movie we had sitting around. Then we went over and got Kristen.

We went to the Huntington Fall Festival, which was pretty crowded! It was alright, but there wasn't much to do there besides walk around and look at all the booths. There were a ton of political booths set up this year. Anyway, we checked it out, and then headed back to the car. We took an alternate route back, and had to walk up and down some crazy hilly roads, and we definitely got our exercise!

We decided to go to Texas Roadhouse for dinner, but we wanted to wait till we were a little hungrier. We drove to Long Beach, and then turned around and came back. We made "call ahead" reservations on the way for 7:30. We got there just at 7:30, and had to wait a little while because they were pretty busy! I enjoyed opening the peanuts for Re and Dan.

I got a Strawberry Daiquiri, and Kristen got a Margarita! Woo.

After dinner, we headed back, and dropped Re off at home. Dan and I came back and watched last week's Glee! It was good...better than the week before, but still not as good as it used to be!

Now, it's time for bed... tomorrow I have to go to the city to visit a church with Karen!
