Hey Journal!!

Happy Friday!!

Work was good today, but towards the end, the day dragged on a little. They came to take the awning down this afternoon, and that's always a shock...noone is used to the restaurant being so flooded with light! It's blinding! It would be great if they came up with an awning you could leave up all year round!

Diane was late today, and did a whole lot of nothing the whole day, which was not so much surprising. Jackie stopped by to say hi, even though she was off this week... and other than that.. nothing all that exciting was going on.

I departed at 5 and headed home. When I arrived, I got ready to go out to dinner. Dan and I had haircuts tonight... and I think mine looks pretty good. :)

We decided to go to Ruby Tuesday in Farmingdale, and hoped that Lauren would be there so we could visit her. On the way, we had to stop back at the golf course to pick up some flyers I needed to for a visit to a church Karen and I are doing on Sunday.

After that, we made our way to Ruby's and luckily Lauren WAS there... but it was very lucky because she wasn't working, she was just visiting. We sat with her, and she showed us her pictures of her recent trip to Italy! We had dinner, it was enjoyable.

Afterwards, we wanted to do something, but unfortunately there really wasn't anything going on... so we came home, and watched some TV, and got ready for bed! :P

Now, I'm just hanging out.... tomorrow is Kristen and Don's housewarming party. Woo Hoo!
