"breakfast (and lunch) with santa"

Hey Journal!

This morning we got up around 8:45 and quickly got ready to go to the golf course for Breakfast (and Lunch) with Santa!

It was a rainy gross morning, but luckily, both times it stopped just long enough for Santa to ride in on his golf cart around the back of the building!

Dan and I had breakfast when we arrived... I had some pancakes, sausage, and bacon. Mmmm. Then we took pictures of the first round. Dan and I also got our picture with Santa as well!

After the first group, we went to the store, and had planned on going to Staples after that, but Karen called and needed some flyers for a church visit she was going to. We came back, printed them out, and then Dan and I went to get the cards to put the photos in. Unfortunately, this year Staples didn't have anything! It was crazy. We wound up going to Target, and sure enough, they had what we needed! We got a bunch of boxes, and even enough for next year! I figured we should plan ahead!

When we got back, we printed the pictures from the morning, and then went up to have lunch. We had spaghetti, and then it was time to take more photos.

After it was over, we went downstairs, got the pictures off the camera, posted a few online, and then headed out around 3:30. Tomorrow morning I will finish getting them ready and mail them out!

When we got home, we watched the rest of the Barbara Walters Special from last night and then went to the mall, and to Target in Commack. It was raining all day long... it was so gross out!

When we got home, I took a shower, and now it's time for bed! Busy day tomorrow... random stuff going on at work, then going to the city to see "Next to Normal!"

Should be fun. Until tomorrow...
