"payrollin" or "ornament pack up"

Hey Journal!

Well, it was back to work today! Most of the roads were cleared off, however some of the side roads near the post office, and of course, the road that the golf course is on were treacherous!

The maintenance department had done a good job plowing the parking lot by the time I arrived, and then, the security car was stuck at the entrance! It had to be towed away.

The day went by quickly, and I had tons to do. I had to do all the mail from the weekend, and process all the payments. Then I had to delete all of the members who left this season from the computer. That took a while, so luckily it's all done now. Then it was time to tackle the payroll. Diane had it set up so that only she could make changes to our account, so it took a little while, but I finally got the forms we needed to change that. We are now 100% ready for tomorrow's payroll! It should be smooth!

For lunch I had this weird chicken/beef sir fry special. It would have been good, except they put all these lemons in it... (I think it's lemons) and it gives it a really strange flavor. That's the same thing as last week's LoMein... It would have been perfect without that flavor. :P

Jackie had a hard time picking the music station today in the restaurant. We just switched over and now have "Music Choice," and last week we were playing Chrsitmas music, and the stations haven't gone back yet... but Jackie didn't want to play Christmas music... SOO... we settled on "Solid Gold Oldies!" Not the best... but it will have to do until January 1st! Only two more day's we're open.

I left a couple of minutes early to run to the Post Office and get the CPC mail, then headed home.

I watched some news and cleaned up a bit. When Dan got home, we watched World News. My mom came by later with the boxes for our Christmas ornaments, which she had stored in the attic for us. We packed up the ornaments, and it was sad. Until next year!

Dan's godmother stopped by... she was visiting her brother who lives upstairs, and came down to say Hi! (She thought Taylor Lautner was a real person.)

Anyway, we watched some TV, I took a shower, and now it's time for bed!

Work tomorrow should be good. Just gonna focus on getting the payroll done, and canceling our DirectTV account. Party.

And tomorrow's a special day! :)

Until tomorrow...

Goodnight. :)
