Hey Journal!

This morning, I started by working on the CPC mail for a little while, and then it was time to tackle the payroll!!

I had it all done by about 11am, and it was really pretty easy! I was a little unsure of myself since it's the first time I ever did it, but it's nothing crazy at all. It will be even easier once we get onto the computer system, and don't have to CALL it in every week!

Today is a very special day, because it is 7 YEARS for Dan and I! Wow! That's crazzzzzy!

For lunch, Dan came by with Boston Market for us to eat! :) It was such a nice surprise! We ate, and then hung out for a little bit before he left to go back to work!

I had a lot of random work to do, sent out reminders for the dues which are due on the 1st, and then took some of the holiday party information off of our website.

Dan's dad left early to go to a meeting at Sunrise for Dziadzi, and then I left at 5. It's starting to get lighter now... little by little it's not as dark when I'm leaving work! How nice! It's just a shame that it's a trick, and even though it's getting lighter, it's still going to be cold and gross for so many more months. :(

When I got home, I watched the news, and when Dan got home, we went out for dinner to Outback. We went to the one in Commack, and the past few times we were there, we had bad experiences, so we weren't sure if we should go to that location. Anyway, their wait was over 45 minutes, so we decided that along with their track record, we should just go somewhere else. We actually wound up calling ahead at the Outback in Port Jeff Station, and when we arrived, we had no wait at all! It was much better than waiting at the other one!

We had a nice dinner. We got the onion (and had a coupon for a free one!) and then we both got the Outback Special! (Which apparently isn't called the Outback Special anymore.)

After dinner, we went to Target to return a CD that we had gotten for my mom for Christmas. She already had one that was very similar. It had most of the same songs on it.

We bought some TV dinners and stuff at Target, and while we were checking out, there was this guy with an entire shopping cart FULL of deodorants, and his total was over $500, and then he had all of these $3 off coupons! It was nuts.... his total wound up being something like $85! Craziness! Now, what can he do with all of that deodorant, though!?

When we got home, I took a shower, and now it's time for bed!
