"ikea with scott and alex" or "drinking with mike and paul"

Hey Journal!

Phew, what a busy Saturday!  This weekend is really shaping up to be a non-stop, action-packed one!  It's presently Sunday morning, but I have to fill you in on yesterday's activities!

Dan and I got up around 10:30, and I watched some TV and got ready while Dan went to the gym.  When he got back, he took a shower, and then at 12:00 Scott and Alex came over to go out to lunch!  We wanted to go to Panera, but decided to go to the one past the mall, over by El Dorado!  We had lunch, and hung out there for a little while, and then decided to take a trip to Ikea!

We drove out there, and perused the goods.  We hadn't been there in a while, and they changed some stuff around.  They expanded the food section!  Dan and I found a nice little shelf thing to put where we currently have that little "telephone table" near our front door.  It used to be in my bedroom.  I only refer to it as a "telephone table" because that's what it said on the box when I bought it years and years ago at Service Merchandise with my mom.  It never actually served as a table for a telephone.  It should look pretty nice!  We have to put it together tomorrow!

After Ikea, we walked around the mall, and over to Target where I purchased some Oh!s!  I was very happy that they had them, since they're hard to find, and not every Target carries them!

We headed back and got home around 4:45.  We said goodbye to Scott and Alex, and then we went inside for about 10 minutes, before heading over to help my Grandma with hanging a mirror over the piano.  She bought a new mirror, and it was kinda heavy, and she we're pretty fast at measuring the wall, and figuring out where to put the hooks, so we came over and did it!

We weren't there very long, and headed back home a little before 7.  We got a pizza for dinner, and I took a shower.  Then we got ready for Mike and Paul to come over!  They arrived a little after 8:00, and we had a little drinking night!  It was fun!  There were wild tea shots, and jello shots involved! :P

We played cranium, and hung out, and were exhausted by about 2:30.  We broke out our never-before-used queen sized air mattress for them, which we had purchased a long time ago, and went to bed a little before 3!

This morning we got up around 10 and went to get breakfast at the diner... but that's today's story.. and I'll be back later with another update!
