"a nice night for a walk"

Hey Journal!

This morning I got up and headed off to work. It was a pretty busy day!

Dan's mom came in to do the payroll in the morning, which was great because it saved a lot of time. She did it very quickly today, too! She's all ready for when I go away on vacation... and who knows, maybe she can do it from now on! :) (I am looking to shed responsibilities.)

I worked on a new e-mail for Karen, and then went out to Radio Shack to purchase a new A/V Switch for the restaurant. I installed it so that they can now play music out of an iPods, into the restaurant. It may not get used that often, but Jackie says she gets some requests for that.

For lunch, I had the Tuscan Panini! Then I had a ton of work to do the rest of the day. I already have a huge list of things to do before I go away! I can feel the craziness coming on, and knowing that I'm leaving for London in a week is making it all bearable! :)

I was about to leave at 5:00 when a man came to deliver some Poland Spring water to the maintenance department. I had to go down there and open the maintenance building for him, and by the time he unloaded everything it was 5:30! Ugh! What a mess!

As I was leaving, there was a school bus in our parking lot (a local high school golf team practices at our course) but the bus driver was standing behind the bus wearing ONLY some gross short jean shoes! He had no shoes, no shirt! It was so scary. He was standing behind the bus with the back exit door open, and he was reading the newspaper! What a mess!

I got home and watched the news, and then Dan got home and ordered a pizza. We ate, and then at 7:15, Re came over for a little walk around the neighborhood. We did an hour long walk! I like nice nights and fun walks! We should do that more often! She was telling us about the new apartment she found!

After that, we got home, took a shower, watched some TV, and now it's time for bed! I'm gonna try to get to bed early tonight!

Until tomorrow...

Goodnight. :)
