"lau's new apartment"

Hey Journal!

Last night we had a fun time over at Lau's new apartment! We didn't get home until late, and I was super-tired, so here I am now to fill you in on the exciting details of our Saturday!

Yesterday morning, Dan and I got up around 10:00 and we got ready for our day! My mom called and wanted to go out to breakfast, so we met her at iHop in Commack around 10:45. We had a good breakfast. I got the three eggs and pancakes. :)

After that, we went over to Target and we got some provisions.

We came home, watched some TV, and rested for a little while. Then, we wanted to get out of the house and went out to Price Club to get water. I also got a slice of pizza there, and Dan got a chicken bake.

We drove around a little, and wound up passing right by where Lau's apartment is, and where we were going later in the evening, so we decided to drive by! Apparently, Lau saw us out of her window, so she texted me to tell me! How embarrassing! lol Nah... it wasn't bad... but funny!

We went home, tried to clean up a little, and then watched some TV. I started to fall asleep on the couch, so I decided to move into the bedroom and take a nap! I slept for about an hour, until about 6:15, and then we got up and ready to go over to Lau and Ryan's.

We were the first to arrive, and Lau filled us in on the many amazing stories of her downstairs neighbor! Apparantly this morning she had a fit of rage and threw things at and then into the dumpster before climbing into the dumpster, where she stayed for over an hour! Lau overheard her explanation for this, which was that she "was recycling!"

We had a fun time, played some games... Mad Gab and then Taboo, and we watched the giant spider outside on the balcony make a big web and then catch moths and other insects in it! When the moth flew into the web, the spider went right over, and started wrapping it up! It was amazing how small this big moth got after being packed away in his to-go bag!

We had a fun time, and stayed until about 12:45! When we got home, I took a shower and we watched a little TV before bed! Then it was pretty late, and we were exhausted! Luckily, we slept pretty late today, and we're gonna get outta the house soon!
