"another day in the city"

Hey Journal!

This morning, we got up and went to breakfast at the Professor's Diner in Kings Park. We figured that would be a good experience for Frank. It was crazy as usual. lol The only sad part was that the Professor, himself, disappeared halfway though our meal! :P

I also became the mayor on fousquare! How exciting!! :)

After we ate, we drove in to the city, and on the way, we stopped at the Unisphrere to take check it out and take some pictures. We walked around a little, and then headed in to Manhattan.

We found our parking garage, and dropped off the car, then walked to Grand Central Station. You know, I had never been there before. I always see pictures of it on the news, but had never actually gone here. I guess I never really had any reason to before.

So, we checked it out,and then walked uptown to Central Park. We walked though the park, and up to The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

I am not very keen on art, so Dan and Frank went in alone. I hung out in the lobby and sat on a large bench. It was actually very fun people watching, and also gunny how I started on one side of the bench, and because people kept getting up and leaving, we kept shifting around a little, and by the time Dan and Frank were done with the museum, I was sitting on almost the complete opposite side of the bench!

When we left the museum, we walked through the park, and back to Broadway. We walked down to Times Square, and then back to the car.

We got home around 9:00, and I went out to pick up a pizza for dinner!

We watched TV, and then I took a shower and got ready for bed. Frank was really tired and fell asleep on the couch, and now I'm about to head off to bed. Frank was supposed to be going to the city tomorrow to meet up with some friends, but apparently that has fallen though,and he won't be doing that... so we're going to find something to do around here.
