"once upon a time is back!"

Hey Journal!

This morning I got up around 10:30 and Dan was already up and watching ThisWeek. After he was done with the show, we finished up the Taylor Lautner movie we were watching yesterday.

It was a good movie, a little far fetched at time, but otherwise I liked it. I'm surprised I had never heard of it before!

After that, we decided to look for something new to watch on Netflix. Dan had heard from some people at work that the show Breaking Bad was really good, so we watched the first episodes and then got hooked. We watched a couple more before we finally decided we should get out of the house for the day!

We went to the mall and then over to Target. While we were in Target, we saw a bunch of people standing by the doors and looking out in awe, so we went to check it out! There was a CRAZY storm! The rain was coming down so hard, probably one of the hardest I've seen this summer, and we had a couple of big ones this summer.

Once we paid for our goods, we were stuck waiting at the front door for it to let up. Some of the guys who worked there had umbrellas and were offering to "escort" people to their cars, but there weren't really any takers! They were nice though, and looked eager to help! We waited it out, about 5 minutes, and then it cleared up and we made a break for it!

We came home and watched a couple more episodes of Breaking Bad. It's a good show, and definitely very addicting, but sometimes it's just a little gruesome. At other times, I feel the story has been moving along a little too slowly, but overall I am enjoying.

I took a shower, and then at 8:00 was the Once Upon a Time Premiere!! Now, I have to say that I have been looking forward to this all summer! This is one of my absolute favorite shows on TV, but I think the premiere did not live up to my expectations. First off, they ended the show on such high. It was an amazing ending, and I was ready for the excitement to pick right up, and things to be moving at a very fast pace. Instead, they introduced new characters that weren't really necessary at this time, and it was kinda a boring episode. I hope it really gets good the next few weeks!

Anyway, I just had some leftovers from Outback and now I'm off to bed!
