"doing a puzzle for the second time"

Hey Journal!

This morning I got up at 8:00 and got ready for work. I planned to be a little late, so it was no big deal that I arrived around 9:15. I wasn't even as late as I had hoped I would be!

I had planned on a relaxing day of quietness, and that didn't really happen. I started by thinking it would be a good idea to get working on setting up another new computer for the restaurant. Bad idea. It took me from 9 until 12:30, and several times I thought about stopping and doing it another time, but I couldn't! I was sucked in!

When I finally finished that, it seemed like the rest of my work had piled up on me and I was behind already. That's why I really have to slow down with the computer work and focus on other stuff the rest of the week.

I worked on random stuff the rest of the day and got things ready for the bank. The bank closes at 4, so I left at 3:30 to go to the bank and then, since it was so quiet, I decided to just go home.

Earlier in the day, Jackie had come in to clean out her office a little and in the process, she knocked over a puzzle that Dan and I had put together the first year I worked here. We had so much free time while taking tee time reservations that we did a PUZZLE! Wow, I wish I had that kinda time to do what I wanted again!

Anyway, We had it on the top shelf of a storage rack, and Jackie knocked it over. I picked up the pieces and took it home with me today. When I got home, I started working on it, and later Dan and I spent the evening doing it! Aww, our second time doing this puzzle! Memories.

We made good progress, and I'd say it's almost half done! Woo!!

When Dan first got home, though, we went out to get a pizza and then came home and watched World news. After that was the puzzle times and a few episodes of Reba at the same time. Then I took a shower.

After my shower, I got sucked back into the puzzle and couldn't pull myself away! That's why I'ma little late for bed!!
