Hey Journal!

Happy Friday! It's finally here! In some ways this week went by so slowly, and in other ways it went by so quickly.

Work today was very busy, I had a lot of e-mail stuff to go over. We have a ton of messages to send out to our members and prospective members so it's very crazy and hectic right now! For lunch I had the Tuscan Panini.

I headed home at 5 and when Dan got home we headed to the gym early tonight. I switched things up and did them in a different order again today...

My gym report for the day:
45 Crunches at 45lbs
50 Rotations (25/25) at 55lbs
1 Mile on the Treadmill at 7 incline
2 miles on ebike
Random rowing (arm things)

While I was on the treadmill, I watched World News and was disappointed that Diane was not in again tonight. She's always "on assignment!" Sheesh! She does have a show to host, too... can't she anchor from wherever in the world she is? She does have a camera crew with her, I'm sure.

The annoying guy with the squeaky shoes was at the gym again tonight and he was running on the treadmill like a fool again. Why the heck is he the only one who squeaks when he runs! Get your act together!!

We got home and showered up and then picked Kristen and Don up for dinner at 7:30. We went to Umbertos. We had a little wait to be seated, and then we got the worst waitress! She was so unfriendly and just bad at everything. Kristen, especially, did not like her!

After that, we went to the mall and walked. For dessert, we went to Yogurtini in Smithtown. I got the cookies and creme and it was good. I don't REALLY like frozen yogurt, but it was alright.

Next we went to Target to get a few necessities and then headed home. We arrived home a little after 11 and Dan and I watched the news and Betty White's Off Their Rockers. That show is funny sometimes, but the parts at Betty's House are so cringe worthy and not funny! It's a shame because it could be such a great show, but that ruins it!

I was extremely sad that Shark Tank wasn't on tonight, and now it's time for bed!
