Hey Journal!

Happy Monday.

Today was pretty uneventful... I got to work this morning at 9:00 and it was a pretty quiet day in the office. The only thing going on was the alarm guy was in to test out the fire panel.

I worked on a lot of random stuff and the day went by pretty quickly. We left the office at about 4:30 today and I headed home and got ready for the gym.

When Dan got home we went and it was pretty crowded tonight as it usually is on a Monday.

Gym Report:
50 Crunches at 50lbs
1 mile on the Treadmill in 12mins
1 mile on the Treadmill in 17mins
2 miles on the EBike in 7mins

As you can see, I didn't get to do my pulldowns today because EVERY time I tried to go over there and get on those machines, they were occupied!

When we got home, we showered up and then Dan wanted to watch a game that was on TV and I did some random stuff online.

We watched Judge Judy at 10, and helped our friend Jonathan with a paper he was writing. We read it over and proofread it for him!

Anyway, now it's time for bed!
