"looking for phone deals" or "three trips to target"

Hey Journal!

This morning Dan and I got up around 10:30 and watched some of This Week. Then we went out for breakfast to IHOP. Unfortunately, there was a pretty long wait today! We waited almost 25 minutes for a table. We sat outside on a bench while we waited, and it was pretty nice out.

After breakfast, we went to Target to check out the prices of their iPhones for Dan. They didn't have any in stock, but they said that last week it was only $149! Now that we heard that, we're going to wait for another sale!

Meanwhile, not only would it be $149 instead of $199, but we would also get the additional 5% off! Can't pass that up!

After that we came home, watched some TV and then went back out to Target...but this time we went to the one in Commack. We had lots of bottles to return and they were overflowing out of the garbage pail in the kitchen! We took care of that, and then went to the outlets.

Dan wanted to go to the Christmas Tree Shop to get something to hang on our door. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything remotely good. We left empty handed and I have reaffirmed that I hate the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park. The parking is a nightmare, the outlets are so stupidly designed... the weird "streets" and all. It's a mess. I like the one in Riverhead much better.

On the way home we had to stop at Target AGAIN because we forgot to buy rug cleaner. Dan wanted to try to clean the weird stain on the carpet in the hallway outside of our front door. We figured if we're trying to sell the place, the giant stain on the carpet wouldn't help too much!

When we got home, we watched some more TV and hung out until it was time to go to the gym around 6. I wanted to get there in time to watch World News.

Gym Report:
60 Crunches at 50lbs
1 mile on the Treadmill in 17mins
1 mile on the Treadmill in 16mins
2 miles on the EBike in 9mins

When we got home, we got showered up and then Dan went out to his parents' house for a little bit. When he got home, he made Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches and we watched Saturday's Zero Hour. Very good episode, I though, and I looked up on IMDB how many there are left. Only four more episodes! Three weeks left because the last two are going to be shown back to back!

Now it's getting late and time for bed! Tomorrow I am going to be the only person at work. It's also supposed to be a really hot day out so I am definitely making it a dress down Monday! I'm planning to wear shorts! Woop!
