"dues for 2014" or "chinese and stuff with shawn and caitlin"

Hey Journal!

It's a little late for me so I have to be off to bed as soon as possible. A full day of work tomorrow and then I have to pack and get everything together for our Niagara Falls weekend!

This morning I got up and headed off to work. Dan had to bring his car to get a checkup and so he dropped it off at Vinny's in the morning and my mom picked him up from there and brought him to work.

I got to work a little early today. I had a lot of stuff to do with the 2014 dues. It's always a little bit more of a production when we raise the dues because the letters have to be changed, the computer stuff has to be changed, we have to agree on the numbers, and then I have to do all the usual dues stuff, too.

I emailed the new price schedule I made to Steve to get his okay on it and I also sent him the new letters. I also worked on a new design for Full and Weekday Membership flyers. I think they look a lot sharper than the old ones! It's gonna be nice. Then, I made new letters to send out to the people who request membership info.

Once Steve OKed the prices, I entered them in the computer and got everyone's schedules set up for next year. The craziness has begun!

I also made a new program to quickly figure out prices based on what type of membership a person wants and it shows you the breakdown for all the possible payment schedules! Woop!!

I left work at 5 and picked up Dan at the "Garden Center" place that''s on the corner of the expressway and service road. A friend from work dropped him off there. We drove to pick up his car and then headed home.

We went to the Gym, and just to keep you posted, there's still no sign of my missing driver's license. UGH!

Gym Report:
50 Crunches at 50lbs
1 mile on the Treadmill in 15mins
1 mile on the Treadmill in 15mins
2 miles on the EBike in 9mins

We got home around 7 and we had to take our showers quickly and get ready because Shawn and Caitlin were coming over for dinner! They arrived at 7:30 and I was just getting dressed. We hung out here and ordered Chinese food from across the street.

The woman told them it would take 10 minutes, but it turned out to be more like 35! Me and Caitlin stayed here and we talked about all sorts of stuff, and also looked through the famous Pages of Pages book!

Caitlin's thoughts on my license-- one possible scenario is that a teenager found my license at the gym and kept it so they could use it to buy alcohol with! UGH! I hadn't thought of THAT possibility!

When Dan and Shawn finally returned, we ate our Chinese food! THey said they saw that boy in the chinese food place and he was playing Legos. They also saw Jordan in the pizza place and said that everyone else stood around doing nothing while he worked.

After we ate, we played Cards against Humanity and then took a walk to the Tap and Barrel. There was a beer there that Shawn and Dan wanted to try.

We walked home afterwards and now here I am! It was a fun night, but I hafta get to sleep now so I can function tomorrow!
