"breakfast and lunch with santa"

Hey Journal!

This morning we got up at 9:00 and had to get ready for Breakfast with Santa! We left around 9:30 and got to the golf course a little before 10:00.

This year, the waitresses went all out and two dressed up as reindeer and two were elves! It was pretty nice, actually! Dan and I took the photos again, as always! Re was in today and doing the closes and bank stuff, so she got to see Santa as well.

Kelly's Dad played Santa for the first round and after all of the kids had gotten their photos taken Me, Dan, and Re got ours! Woop! Re also brought her Clifford Stuffed Animal because the kids in her class get to take Clifford home with them and write about what they did in a journal, and this was going to be one of her entries!

After the first set of pictures, Dan and I went downstairs, checked out all of the photos, picked the best ones, and then printed them. We got the cards ready and stuffed the envelopes and got everything ready to go.

We finished up just as the Lunch with Santa was starting and once the buffet line had died down, we went to get some food!

Re, Dan, and I had our lunch and then Re left. Dan and I took photos the second round of people, and then headed down to the office to prepare the cards! I was very happy with the cards.... I loved the design. I had gotten them last year at Target after Christmas! They were on super clearance, and it was such a great buy!

We left a little before 3:00 and headed home. When we got back, we watched the first two episodes of Season 3 of Homeland! I had heard that people said they didn't like the beginning of this season very much, but so far I'm happy with it. Carrie is annoying with her problems, and Dana is annoying with her always being depressed... but they're always like that!

After that I took a shower and then Dan and I watched Friday's Shark Tank! A little later Once Upon a Time was on. I was happy that the Pan/Henry thing didn't drag on too long... that they know what's going on now and they're working on fixing it.

It was a really intense and busy weekend! Since we got out of work Friday, the first chance we had to relax and do our own thing was this afternoon! Too bad we have to go back to work tomorrow!!

Anyway, now it's time for bed! Until tomorrow...
